If your A/C is not working, you could check a few items first.
- Is the power switch at the furnace on?
- Is the circuit breaker or fuse OK?
- Check the outdoor electrical box at the air conditioner
- Is the blower door on properly?
- Is the thermostat set for cool and below the room temperature?
- Is the filter clean?
- If it is running, feel the large copper line under the black insulation. It should be cold and wet It should not have ice on it.
